I don't know about England, but Scottish high school pupils have had to submit bio metric data for their bus passes & facial recognition cameras are being trialled in the school canteens so children can pay for their lunches!!
The only way I have gotten anywhere with the customer services of big companies is posting complaints on their twitter. Obviously I made a new account for this purpose.βΊοΈ

I remember when they first introduced thumb prints in place of dinner money to 'speed things up' and 'prevent bullying'.
Two observations:
1. Humans can calculate much quicker than they can type numbers into a calculating machine (till, calculator and/or a computer).
2. Bullies will always bully - cash or no cash.
It was NEVER about any of these things - as well you lovely, righteous people of Scotland know - it's about the state STEALING your children.
It's about the State making your children DEPENDENT upon them.
We must resist it with all of our might.
But we are the 'conspiracy theorists' still...
... same old, same old.
