I can tell you why most men are silent. Porn. (And incidentally, this is the real reason why sperm counts have been plummeting for decades in western societies. The more you squirt the less you flirt - 'cos there's nothing left in the tank). Boys are told not to do it or it will make you blind, well they are blinded by their sin and they know they look at drug addicted runaways do unspeakable things for money. They know they morally have no ground to stand on to criticise the perverted behaviour in schools or they would have to address their own behaviour. That leaves the mother's to pick up the responsibility. Weak men is why we are in such a desperate situation.
We have to shame them into stopping the depravity.
