You may have seen the recent headline about (almost) half of England’s teachers planning to quit teaching by 2027… well, that isn’t news.
Back when I was a first-year teacher, circa 2010, it was well-known that teachers entering the profession would spend less than 5-years actually working in it.
It is by design.
The crippling bureaucracy ensures that teachers get to teach children as little as possible and the working conditions ensure that most people burn out within five years.
This is perfect for dumbing down a population as all of the more experienced teachers naturally retire, take early retirement due to increased workload, and with them goes INVALUABLE, real-life and long-term classroom teaching.
Young, eager 20-somethings may seem like wonderful, energetic, and “fun” teachers for your children, but in reality, they are little more than children themselves.
Most of the teachers in your son/daughter’s school will have *never* left the institution known as “school”.
Teachers are made as badly as sausages… and the cheap and nasty ones at that!
It not only permitted but actively encouraged to go through; Infant, Junior, and Secondary school, followed by sixth form/college, then university and straight back to school… as a teacher(!)
The only institution these 21-year-olds have ever known is “school”.
WHY would that be a good role-model for young, impressionable minds?
Institutionalised and indoctrinated into the state’s “education” machine, is just how the system likes their “teachers” and a cursory look around the staffroom will show you VERY few full-time classroom teachers over the age of 40.
There may be some and the bigger the school, the more you may have… but how many are over 50-years old and are still CLASSROOM teachers (i.e., not head teachers or members of the Senior Leadership Teams)?
In my primary school, back in the late 80’s and early 90’s, there were 4 classroom teachers: Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6 and not one of them was under 45-years old.
Not. One. Of. Them.
These days, it is the other way around. It has been inverted and it is wholly deliberate.
Experienced teachers, who know about life outside of the institution that is “school”, who know how to handle officious superiors and/or pedantic Ofsted inspectors, and above-all who know how to protect, care for, educate, and nurture your children have deserted the profession - and I cannot and will not blame them.
Real teachers, career teachers, properly decent and hardworking teachers have long been abused and are right to seek employment elsewhere.
However, they are being replaced by 20-somethings, eager to pay off crippling student debts and ignorant about how the world really works.
Whilst the FAKE NEWS MEDIA and the teaching unions debate the pay and conditions of teachers and the haemorrhaging of experienced teaching staff from state schools in England, know that the real story is that this is a deliberate strategy from government.
It is in the government’s own best interests to have woke snowflakes, indoctrinating the next generation of woke snowflakes.
That way the powers that shouldn’t be can rest assured, that as night follows day, the turkeys will once again vote for Christmas.
“Half of all teachers to quit by 2027” - tell me something teachers, lecturers, and academics haven’t ALREADY KNOWN FOR DECADES!
“News,” Ha!
Education not indoctrination
